If you looking to add to your collection or start one there is no better way than with a super clean Vintage Fender.1969 Fender Mustang in Competition Blue with Matching head stock in excellent condition. My luthier went over the whole instrument and believes the only part that isn't Original is the Bone Nut. The instrument has had only 2 owners in its lifetime. The second, which traded it is a close friend that plays professionally, so the instrument was always maintained. The fret wire appears to be original and the instrument plays well up and down the neck. The pickups read 5.50 and 5.50 ohms. All switches and electronics work as they should. The neck is straight and true with a fully functional truss rod. The weight on a digital scale is 7 Lbs. 4.3 Oz's and the neck measures 0.85" at the center of the 1st fret and 0.93 at the center of the 12th fret with a comfortable profile. This instrument ships in its original hard shell case. This instrument just received a complete setup and will ship ready to rock.
