Replay Guitar Exchange presents a Shell Pink example of a Fender Mustang from their recent pastel-colored, cult-classic Offset Series. The 1964-introduced Mustang model was not the most successful of Fender's offerings, but it re-emerged in 1990 and caught on with a whole new generation of grunge guitarists. Now, it remains a quirkily capable short-scale instrument that can dish up single-coil tones of all temperatures... and this specimen, with its distinctive mother-of-pearl pick guard and Shell Pink finish, won't go unnoticed.
This Mustang is in Near Mint condition, with an estimated 95% remaining fret life. We find it to be a fun-to-play and versatile guitar, easy to pick up (at only 7 pounds even!) but harder to put down.
