The acoustic chapter of Fender history begins in earnest with the early 1962 arrival of master luthier Roger Rossmeisl, a former Rickenbacker guitar designer and builder.
Used by electric players including Eric Clapton, Jerry Garcia,
Steven Stills, Tom Petty.
Accoustic players like Johnny Cash, Buck Owens, Joan Baez, Waylon Jennings
Bob Dylan also played Palominos.
And more heavy hitters used them, from rock strummers to country pickers—artists such as George Jones,Tex Ritter, Wanda Jackson, Charley Pride, Ray Davies, Robbie Robertson and Elvis Presley.

Nice full bodied guitar that sounds good with good projection.15 3/8" wide.Bound top and back, 25.5" scale, Pearl dot fingerboard inlays, plastic tuner buttons, mahogany body spruce top.Nice easy to play low action.Very straight neck.Typical wear.Gold plexiglass pick-guard. Cool mustache bridge. Guitar is ready to play.
