We dressed up the traditional Tele® body with professional touches like three Custom Shop ’69 Aged Strat® pickups, a Strat synchronized tremolo bridge and elegant silver “spaghetti” Fender logo. It’s business in the front and party in the back with this versatile, intriguing limited-edition guitar. This Telecaster body is crafted from strong, dense ash—a longtime Fender classic. Notably resonant and sweet-sounding, it features an attractive grain.
The nitrocellulose lacquer finish lets the body breathe with its true tonal character and also ages and wears in a distinctively personal way. Combining a modern 9.5”-radius maple fingerboard with narrow-tall frets enhances the playing feel while making it easier to bend notes without fretting out. These Custom Shop ’69 Aged Strat pickups give you authentic Fender tone—crystalline, bell-like and highly articulate.
This bridge features bent steel saddles for bright, clear tone with plenty of sustain. The pop-in arm stays in place and the tension can be adjusted to match your preferences. The Strat-Tele sports classic Stratocaster controls, including a single volume and two tone controls, along with a 5-way switch to get the most out of its Custom Shop pickups.
