1962 Fender Precision Bass Sunburst

This is a great playing and sounding Fender Precision Bass that was made in the USA in 1962 or 1963 and has been completely restored. The body, neck, and neckplate are original but all other parts are newer. The body and neck have been refinished. The previous owner believed this to be a 1962 but the serial number would indicate either late 1962 or early 1963. The neck stamp was mostly removed during the refinish although a trace can be seen, but we can't decipher the date. While this bass looks like a reissue, it plays like the vintage pre-cbs bass that it is, and it has fantastic resonance. It has been pro-setup in our shop and plays great. It comes with a non original hard case.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
