1961 Fender Reverb Tank Brown

Well, the days of hauling around a separate reverb unit are long gone but those who have used one of these know that the built in reverb on a Fender doesn't sound like one of these. Nor does some high tech pedal. The only thing that sounds like a Fender reverb unit is a Fender reverb unit. Period. The tube chart says 61 but the date code on the tank is 63. Original handle, original tubes (maybe the 12ax7 was changed but its vintage), original caps, original 2 prong ac and probably the original footswitch although I think the 1/4" plug was changed at some point. It works great and is quiet. There are a lot of these for sale but I didn't see any with both the original handle and the footswitch. So, buy this one if you want the best one one out there.
