1961 Fender Stratocaster Olympic White
We have been calling this one Barbara for obvious reasons. Appears to have been sold when new to a Barbara who lived in Iron Mountain Michigan. It does not appear she played the guitar that much although there is some light fret wear. The case was decorated in her honor and at some point “Barbara” was hand painted in small letter on the front of the body. This was removed without damaging the original finish, although there is a faint shadow of wear the letters used to be. This is a fabulous playing and sounding instrument. The bridge and middle pickup have been rewound, but all of the parts are original and the guitar is in excellent playing condition. It comes complete with the original case, hangtag, bar, cover, cord, and cloth.
