1966 Fender Stratocaster Candy Apple Red

1966 Fender Stratocaster in excellent condition with almost no signs of wear throughout this Strat. This 2nd year CBS Fender is in all original condition with no history of major repairs. Custom Color, Candy Apple Red finish has held up quite nicely with only some minimal finish checking and blemishing throughout as the only signs of use. This guitar was constructed with an alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard and three original Fender single coil Strat pickups all dating to November of '66. The neck stamp dates to May of '66, and the original pots date to the 8th week of 1966. This Strat has a scale length of 25-1/2", fingerboard width at the nut of 1.65", thickness at the first fret of .83", thickness at the twelfth fret of .92", and weighs 8.10 lbs exactly. Neck pickup measures at 5.74k, middle at 5.74k, bridge at 5.84k. This guitar comes with the original hardshell case, strap, tremolo bar and 2 extra springs.
