1933 Gibson L-00 Sunburst

circa 1933 Gibson L-00 Blues King Sunburst Acoustic Guitar, FON #395. This circa 1933 Gibson L-00, also known as the Blues King, features a Sunburst finish with light playwear. The guitar has minor dings, scuffs, and normal weather checking. It appears to have been partially refretted, with a reglued bridge and a newer saddle that were replaced some time ago. The guitar comes in a non-original chipboard case from the 1960s or 1970s. The Nick Lucas version of the L-00 is particularly sought after for its tonal depth and historic significance. Artists such as Robert Johnson, Woody Guthrie, and Bob Dylan have played Gibson L-00 models. Soft case included. Condition: Very Good.
