What we have here is basically a Custom Shop Parts Caster. The Neck and Hand Wound Pickups have been upgraded from a Custom Shop 2020 Strat into a Rare Custom Shop '63 Reissue Mahogany Body. The neck is a Fender Custom Shop Heavily Flamed U Profile with Jumbo Frets.
2020-22 Fender '63 Stratocaster Relic Beautiful Candy Apple Red on Mahogany makes this one a bit more special than your average Relic. The highly flamed maple neck is straight and true with a fully functional truss rod. There is No Fret Wear! The instrument has had a complete professional setup in my shop using feeler gauges and straight edges with gauge 9.5 strings to insure buzz free action.
On the digital scale the instrument on weighs 7 Lb.'s 4.1 Oz's making it close to a Feather Weight. This instrument puts out a ton of Quack from the neck pickup with no real dialing in on a tube amp.
