This is a highly original 1958 Telecaster.
The sunburnt blonde color, the weather checks all over the body and the peeling paint give this guitar a vintage look that has been well used.
It has a white pickguard, white blonde finish, flat top knobs, top hat switch knobs and single line tuners are the specs of that era.
The neck is a slightly narrow C-shape, the body and neck date is 8/58 and the pot date is ’57.
Only the neck pickup has been rewound (with vintage '56 wire) and the pickguard set screws have been replaced.
The frets are original and there are some slightly dented area mainly in the low position area, with about 40% remaining overall, and the neck and truss rod are fine.
The guitar comes with a mid to late 70s Fender hard case.
