Description

This 1962 Fender Telecaster in Roman Red is a lefty and a pre-CBS lover’s dream! It’s got a slab board, green guard, clay dots, and this rare finish. This specially ordered color was used from about 1959-62. We have had quite a few Fenders in this color come through our store. It is lighter and brighter in hue than Dakota Red but still darker than Fiesta Red. This was a Corvette color, also available during the same years. This guitar is lovingly worn, giving it a cool vibe and a great feel. You can see in the wear areas that this guitar also received a Desert Sand undercoat!

Overall Condition: 7.5
