A killer example of a 1963 Telecaster, this phenomenal sounding guitar has all the early, pre-CBS features; large "C" neck shape with a dark rosewood fingerboard, clay dot inlays, and "Spaghetti" Fender logo, single ply white pickguard, and a brown Fender hard case. This is is the same year as the famous Telecaster used by Mike Bloomfield when Bob Dylan went electric at the 1965 Newport Folk Festival, as well as the instrument used by Steve Cropper on countless Stax recordings. The original pickups and electronics can make this guitar go from mellow and sweet to stinging and aggressive making this a perfect workhorse instrument for any playing style. This is definitely one of the best years for a rosewood board Tele and they don't come much cooler than this!
