1960 Ash Telecaster with slab board

In the long history of the Fender Telecaster, there are models that have become the cornerstones of the lineup. The most representative model is the original Telecaster with black guard made in 1952, and the original Telecaster with rosewood slabboard from around 1959 to the middle of 1962. The keystone of the Telecaster is the original Telecaster, because it was a complete model from that time, and it has been an eternal theme for Telecaster lovers to have the original Telecaster until now.

This 1960 Telecaster features an ash body, which continues to be used for the blond color, and a slab rosewood fingerboard. The lightweight ash conduit contains sound well, and the body resonates beautifully even when played live. The grip of the neck is excellent, and it is not just a C-shaped neck; it is very easy to play, from a slightly dropped edge in the low position to a thicker feel in the high position, making it feel good and comfortable to play for hours on end. The controls have been modified so that the front pickup presets have been removed, and the tone has been modified to have a mixed sound and tone effect on the front as well, making it easier to handle.

The sound has a solid core and rich overtone structure, and the treble is not noisy at all, which can only be achieved by the original vintage. The sound of the original vintage is not at all noisy in the treble range. While the slab has a rough feel, the crisp Telecaster feel is more than enough, and the sound that is the axis of both the front and the rear is not blurred, which is one word of praise. The sound that has become the foundation of the Telecaster sound that has been passed down to future generations can only be experienced with the original.
