This is an extremely rare and hard to find crafted in Japan Fender TLAC-EX from 1997-1998. There's not a lot of info available online for this model but these appear to be a prototype for what eventually became the Acoustasonic line. This guitar is currently set up with classical guitar strings but can be played with acoustic strings and electric guitar strings as well.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that include various scratches, scuffs, small dents, as well as finish checking throughout the body. The headstock shows some additional minor dings as well. The frets have normal play wear and the electronics work as they should.
This guitar appears to be original.
