2021 Gibson Custom Shop '58 Explorer "Korina"

It took some time for the world's taste to catch up to Gibson's extraordinary designs unveiled in 1958, but at this point it's safe to say the Flying V and Explorer are here to stay. The original Korina examples have become some of the most coveted guitars on the vintage market and continue to fetch high prices when one is lucky enough to find one for sale. In 2021 Gibson paid homage to this enduring design with a limited reissue series that feature the same Korina wood design which gives these instruments a truly unique tone. This example includes both a black and white pickguard, as well as all of the original case candy and the Custom Shop hardshell case. This is in many ways as close as it gets to the real thing!
