ON HOLD!!! # 849541 is a very clean and very attractive 1966 Gibson Barney Kessel regular model in cherry sunburst. It has a nicely-flamed top, and its overall condition is excellent ++. Comes with its original 2 Patent-Number pickups and its original Gibson hard case. This guitar belonged to my guitar teacher, the late John Perkins of Dallas, who used it in his teaching and on gigs with his compadre, vibist Ed Hagan. They made great music together in Dallas for many years. John replaced the original Kluson tuners with Schaller tuners many years ago, and they work very well. Overall, this is an exceptional -playing electric archtop with a fine voice, easy action, and beautiful appearance. A great value and a great price - you will really like it!
