Gibson Custom Shop 2018 Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul Lightly Aged Hand Selected
This is a lightly aged "1959 Les Paul Lightly Aged" model.
The top is hand-selected carefully selected woods by the dealer, and has a three-dimensional grain and flecks.
The body is made of maple and mahogany with hide glue, the guitar features True Historic parts, new body carvings, a slightly thinner neck shape re-measured from the original 1959 Les Paul.
The body back has a slightly faded aniline dyed finish, and the truss rod cover has a cream tint.
The pickups are equipped with two custombuckers.
There are some scratches on the body back and back of the neck with faded reddish color, around the end pins and buckle markers that may not be due to the aging process.
There is a very slight dent on the frets in the low position of the plain strings, there is about 80~90% remaining overall, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
