Gibson Custom Shop 2019 Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul VOS 60th Anniversary Hand Selected
The "1959 Les Paul 60th Anniversary VOS" model was created to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the original 1959 Les Paul.
The top of the top has been carefully selected by the dealer and is finished in the Royalty Burst finish, which was introduced in 2018.
Changes from the previous year include the shape of headstock logo, silkscreen color, fingerboard inlay material, un-potted Custombucker pickups, vintage taper pots, and bumblebee type oil capacitors.
There is some reddish color transfer to the binding (especially on the body).
There is a crack on the jack plate, a 3-4mm sized paint peeling on the edge of the body (near the selector switch), and several tiny dents and scratches throughout the body.
There are no dents in the frets, and the overall there is about 80~90% remaining, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
An anniversary switch plate and a special design certificate are included.
