Gibson Custom Shop 1997 Ace Frehley Les Paul Custom

This is the "Ace Frehley Signature Les Paul Custom" model, the first Ace Frehley signature model, produced in a limited run of 300.

The Cherry Sunburst finish is based on his 1970s Les Paul Custom, and features his face on the head veneer, pearloid tuners, thunderbolt position marker inlays. The truss rod cover, switch plate and back plate are engraved with sterling silver. This is one of the rarest and most impressive guitars on the market.

All three pickups are DiMaggio DP100 Super Distortion.

There is a signature painted on the back of the headstock (including the name of previous owner), but it is barely visible depending on the angle when held up to the light.

There are several pockmarks on the body top, several tiny dents and scratches on the body back, and several tiny dents and shallow scratches on the body sides.

The frets are barely worn and the neck is straight.

The truss rod is slightly tightened, but there is no problem with the current condition.
