This is a 1999 “1959 Les Paul Reissue" model which has been highly acclaimed internationally.
This model was produced for the 40th anniversary of the 1959 Les Paul, and is made of well-balanced, beautifully flamed maple, finished in Lemon Burst.
The neck grip is slightly thicker and rounder than the current model, and two 57Classic pickups are installed.
The pickup covers are missing.
There is a faded reddish color on the back & sides (the reddish color around the base of the neck remains) due to age, some pockmarks on the body top, some scratches on the body back, and a few tiny dents and scratches on the body sides.
The pickguard is slightly curved due to age.
There are no fret dents, the neck and truss rod are in good condition with over 80% remaining.
