Gibson Custom Shop 2021 Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul VOS
This "1959 Les Paul VOS" model features a beautifully figured flame maple top with a hard flex, finished in Dirty Lemon Burst.
The hide-gluing and parts have been carried over from the True Historic series, and the headstock logo shape and silkscreen tint, fingerboard inlay material, vintage taper pot and bumblebee type oil capacitors have been adopted as 2019 specs.
The neck is an Authentic 59 Medium "C", a shape adopted from 2018, which is very slightly thinner than earlier '59 models.
The pickups are equipped with un-potted Custombucker.
There is a small circular faded area on the back of the neck (around the back of the nut), a scuff around the knob, a few pockmarks on the body top, a few scratches and pockmarks on the body back and a scratch on the back of the head.
There is almost no fret wear, and there are no problems with the neck and truss rod.
