Gibson Custom Shop 2017 J-45 “The 59” Genesis

This "J-45 The 59 Genesis" is a detailed reproduction of a 1959 J-45 ordered by Kurosawa Musical Instruments.

This model is a reissue of a 1959 J-45 and was produced in 2017 in a limited edition of 60.

The ceramic saddle bridge with a stud screw with a large head, which is a characteristic of the '59, and the sound hole, which is a few millimeters lower on the bridge side, have been reproduced, and the neck grip is a CAD data reproduction of the original ’59 shape.

There are several scratches and minor scuffs on the elbow area of the body, several buckle marks on the body back, paint wear on the head top, several scuffs on the rod cover, and scratches to the pickguard.

There are about 80% frets remaining, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
