Gibson Custom Shop 2017 Limited Run 1959 Flying V Mahogany VOS

This is a limited edition "1959 Flying V Mahogany" model with TV Black finish and nickel hardware.

The TV Black color is similar to the Silver Fox color used on the Brian Ray model, with a mahogany body and black pickguard.

This model also reproduces the characteristic specs of the 1959 Flying V, including the distinctive 50s-style neck joint, linearly arranged controls, sharply angled pickguard, back-threaded V- bridge plate, non-slip rubber on the body sides, and 21-fret neck joint.

It is lightweight at 3.01 kg, and the neck is a relatively thin Medium C shape.

The pickups are equipped with Custombucker.

The bridge pickup ring has been changed, but the original one is also included.

There are a few scratches and scuffs on the back and sides of the body, and a small scratch on the top of the head (near the 4th and 5th strings), but the guitar is in good condition with no noticeable flaws.

The frets are barely worn, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.
