The "1964 ES-335 Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged" model has been aged by Murphy Lab, a new team led by Tom Murphy that specialises in aging.
The lightest of the four stages of aging, this model has been aged to replicate a vintage guitar that has been carefully stored in a case.
It is a reissue of the 1964 specification with a slightly slimmer horn, short pickguard, block position markers, nylon bridge, double ring Kluson tuners and more.
Weighing 3.53 kg, it is relatively light for an ES-335 model. The neck shape is "64 Medium C," which is slightly thicker than the early 1960s, and an un-potted Custombuucker pickups are installed.
It is in very good condition with almost no signs of use.
The frets are not worn and the neck and truss rod are in good working order.
