~1965 Gibson EB-2 Bass Tobacco Sunburst

Up for sale, this remarkably clean and original 1964-65 Gibson EB-2 bass. Missing it’s pickguard, but otherwise totally stock as it came from the factory. This EB-2 is in very good to excellent vintage condition with light play wear (no buckle rash) and just a few dings and minor blemishes that contribute to a vintage vibe without detracting from the overall clean look. Hard to believe this lovely bass is over 50 years old.

Set up in-house to play its best and strung with flat wounds, this EB-2 bass is a joy to play. Short scale neck (30 1/2 inch) with original frets in great condition. This bass is old-school in the best possible sense of the term, pumping out deep fat round tones for days. Comes with its original hardshell case, as well. What are you waiting for?
