Here's a 1957 Gibson ES-175 D in Natural finish. This is a very early '57, right before the model changed to humbuckers around mid '57. All parts on the guitar original. At one point it had a Bigsby on, which left small filled holes under the bottom of the tailpiece, but the original nickel tailpiece is back on. This is a phenomenal playing and sounding example!! There's consistent tight (and vibey) checking on the body, with no major dings or scratches. Overall a clean piece. Playability is exceptional! Perfect feeling neck that plays with complete ease. It measures .88" in depth at the 1st fret, and 1.0" at the 10th. The truss rod functions as it should, and there's plenty of room in the bridge for future adjustments. And the tonally the guitar sounds fanatics! Both P-90s are strong, balanced, and very articulate. The guitar sounds great acoustic too. Amazing overall example! OHSC!
