1959 Gibson ES-335 Blonde (Natural)

Incoming. They made 71 blonde 59 ES-335's. Around half of them were BIgsby's. Probably 15% are lost, destroyed, broken, refinished or otherwise no longer blonde. It is a must for any serious collector. That explains why they have become so hard to find. If I'm lucky, I see one a year. This is a mid year. Still has the big fat round neck. PAFs, of course with a zebra in the neck. Some subtle figure in the top and back. This guitar is all original except for the frets. It had a Bigsby B6 (floating type-no holes in the top) at some point in its life. There is a light Bigsby shadow in the top. Wonderful player with some seriously hot pickups (over 9.5K in the bridge). The tuner tips need to be replaced (this is typical in 59). I can do that before the guitar is shipped. Original brown Lifton case. Monster player-a fire breathing blues monster.
