1959 Gibson ES-335 Sunburst

Clean, original 1959 ES-335. Mid year with sealed PAFs and all original except the tuner tips. Don't snooze. Average lifespan of a 59 335 on my site is under a week. If you want one, take the plunge. They are getting harder and harder to find. This one has a big but not huge neck measuring .86" at the first fret and .95" at the 12th. Pickups are perfectly balanced both reading 7.65K. This guitar has been re-fretted with stock wire and plays beautifully. Condition is 8.5+. There is fine checking all over and the lacquer on the logo and crown inlay has chipped away (common, take off a buck). Never had Grovers or Schallers. Never had a Bigsby. case is pretty beat up but it is original.
