1960 Gibson ES-335 Sunburst
BMVG's is pleased to offer this stunning 1960 Gibson ES-335!
This example is CLEAN & stunning! It is by serial an almost mid year 60 which means it maintains all 59 appointments, bumble bees, bonnet knobs, single ring tuners and perhaps most importantly a nice neck; .83 @ the 1st. Sonically it is an incredible instrument, hot PAF's (double black) are both clear & articulate when rolled back and aggressive when pushed.
The one "knock" on the guitar is it at one point had other tuners that have left the slightest imprint of "owl eyes" they do not go into/through the finish but can be seen up close. Correct repros are currently on, the originals are in the case pocket and need new tips, not uncommon.
Overall this dot is easily in 9.5 condition cosmetically! Comes with the original serialized hang tag which has a fitting serial number 33504.
