1962 Gibson ES-335 "Sunburst"

This is an exceptionally clean "Dot Neck" ES-335! A 1962 model, this guitar is one of the last "Dot Neck" 335s before the transition to block inlays. It features a pair of phenomenal sounding "Patent Applied For" humbucking pickups, stop tailpiece and an ABR-1 bridge with nickel saddles, and the perfect '62 neck profile; not as slim as the 60-61, making this a fantastic player, as well. This is a rare transitional model as 1962 was the year the 335 changed to block inlays, nylon saddles, and "Cherry" as the more common color. The original Sunburst finish is in great shape, and this is definitely one of the cleanest "Dot Necks" we've had. This guitar also includes an original brown Lifton case.
