1972 Gibson ES-335 Cherry

Here's a 1972 Gibson ES-335 in Cherry finish. Beautiful all original example! Outstanding playing and sounding 335. Besides a little bit of wear on the back of the body, overall the guitar is super clean. At some point it had a Bigsby on it, which left small holes under the tailpiece by the bottom strap button. Those have been professionally filled, and the guitar is back to having all its original parts on. The cherry finish is super cool on this one. And the guitar has tone for days!! Two original Pat No Stick humbuckers with embossed pickup covers. They're clear, articulate, and very responsive. The guitar even sounds great acoustic! The back of the neck is smooth and very worn in....feels like an old glove. Playability is exceptional, with slinky tension low action down the fingerboard. The original frets have some wear, but every note rings and sings! The next owner is going to be a happy one. OHSC included!
