The ES-335 has been synonymous with semi-acoustic guitars since its release in 1958, and is loved by an endless number of famous musicians, including Larry Carlton, Eric Clapton, Lee Ritner, and many more. This 2002 Gibson ES-335 is equipped with 57 Classic humbucking pickups, which are not powerful but have plenty of power and are easy to nuance. The neck is thin, 60's style, and has good playability. The sound has a solid attack with a strong attack and firm treble, and responds well to distortion with a pleasant response. A quality semi-acoustic guitar that shows attention to detail. This is a good choice for those who are older and more experienced.
