1967 Gibson ES-355 – Sparkling Burgundy
We’re lucky to have this custom-ordered 1967 Gibson ES-355 in Sparkling Burgundy! With its rare finish, mono output, gold hardware, and tortoise shell pickguard, this 355 plays and looks like the one-of-a-kind piece that it is. It sports earlier knobs, as by this time it would typically have witch hat knobs. Additionally, as is sadly not terribly uncommon, the headstock serial number and the number inked on the sticker inside the guitar are a few digits off. We have seen this before but nothing on this guitar is unoriginal or messed with (aside from those pesky knobs of course!). The Sparkling Burgundy has that great copper/gold fade that we have all come to know and love of that finish. Overall, this fantastic custom color ES-355 would be a great addition to any player’s toolbox or collection!
