Vintage Prototype 1984 Gibson Explorer - One off, Great weight, Original Case

For sale is an absolute beautiful Vintage 1984 Gibson Explorer. This guitar is a one of a kind Gibson prototype/experimental guitar for a Gibson employee. This version of the Explorer was never available for the general public to purchase. It has great low action and awesome tone. The guitar still has the “new guitar smell”. This Explorer has very little play time on it. There are a few tiny dimple marks on the back of the body, you have to look for them. The guitar does have mild checking, which was hard to photograph. It only weighs 7 lbs., 14.2 oz., so it is easy on the back. The guitar comes with its original white lined Gibson guitar case.
