1964 Gibson GA-79 RTV Stereo Reverb-Tremolo Brown

Description

This Gibson GA-79 RTV Stereo Guitar Amplifier was made in 1964. The amp was made to compliment the Stereo guitar models such as an ES-345 and ES-355. The amp has two 10" speakers and stereo inputs/outputs. The amp can be used mono as well. The amplifier is in good shape for it's age. The transformers are original. The speakers are original as well but have been reconed and the electrolytic capacitors have all been replaced along with a new 3 prong power cable. The amp shows cosmetic wear and tear but no significant damage. With a stereo guitar the amp sounds really good and has very cool and unusual tonal capabilities. The amp sounds very good in mono as well. Comes as pictured with the footswitch. Please check out the pictures and message with questions.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
