1950 Gibson J-45 Sunburst

Exceptional sounding 1950 Gibson J45 in its original sunburst finish. Slope shoulder, small guard, spruce top with mahogany back and sides. This guitar sounds absolutely incredible! Rich and vibrant tone that has the huge lows and wonderful clear highs. Overall in good to very good condition for its age. Lots of finish checking, play wear, dings and dents. A small hole was drilled near the heel for a strap button, but on the wrong side of the neck! No breaks or cracks! The action is medium-low and comfortable with just a little bit of room to come down further. Drop in replacement tuners, bridge re-glued, one repaired top crack and a repro pickguard. Setup and gig-ready, comes with its original brown Geib hard shell case!
