This 2019 Gibson slope shoulder flattop guitar sounds dynamite. It shows some signs of play wear including pick scratches on the bass side upper bout and some wear to the back binding, but it's clear this guitar has been played quite a bit for good reason. It's incredibly responsive with a flat pick and has very rich and full tone with loads of volume. The neck profile feels great. The Grover Rotomatic tuning machines keep this guitar in perfect tune and the compensated tusq saddle ensures this guitar has good intonation up and down the fingerboard. The set up and string action on this J-45 are excellent. The frets are in great condition and have plenty of life left. A fine instrument that can be cherished for years to come. Suitable for both the living room and live performance.
