1940 Gibson L-0 in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear for a guitar of its age. This guitar is almost completely original with the only alterations being a professional neck reset done here in the shop by tom and a couple professionally repaired back cracks as seen in the photos. This guitar features the original scalloped bracing which is significant as this method was introduced by Gibson starting in 1940. This guitar was constructed with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, neck, and rosewood fingerboard and bridge. 1.78" nut width, 1.00" thickness at the first fret, 1.21" thickness at the twelfth fret, and weighs 3.60 lbs exactly. This guitar comes with a non-original.
