This 1958 Gibson L-50 is a recent guitar show find, a piece that really turned some heads!

The piece is a time capsule.  It has to be the cleanest example of the 177 L-50s Gibson made in 1958.
It is in brilliantly clean, original condition.  The frets show slight signs of use.  Take a look at things like the tuners - they look brand new!

The case is similarly stunning. Inside you'll find the case key in the original envelope, the original hang tag, and a full set of new-looking Gibson strings.  The case would fit a J-45, J-50 and other Gibson guitars from the period and is a valuable item on its own.  Many would be tempted to split it from the L-50, but I just can't break up this exemplary piece.

The guitar plays wonderfully and has a big voice - lack of use hasn't stunted the sound of the guitar at all

The guitar is so shiny and clean that it picked up the lighting in our photo room. The pictures of the back of the neck look like there is wear on the neck, but it is nearly pristine.

You'll have fun with this guitar, blowing minds as we have due to the museum quality cleanliness.  You'll also enjoy the heck out of playing it!
