1949 Gibson L48 Black

I love black guitars. This one is a pretty good example of the lower end of Gibson's arch top line in the late 40's.
It is all original and shows no cracks and only a scratch or two. It doesn't show much play wear for its age and it plays very well. Cosmetically, it could use a cleaning but I'll leave that to the next owner. 70 year old patina might be worth something to someone. Big fat vee neck and excellent action. I'm pretty sure it won't win any beauty contests but i's a joy to play. It even sounds old. Crappy cardboard case.
