1960 Gibson Les Paul Sunburst "Double Zero"

This is a January 1960 Les Paul burst. According to the burst serial website, it is the third known LP shipped in 1960. Pots are 36th week of 59. Neck is huge. All 59 features. This is one of the best sounding electric guitars (possibly the best) I've ever played (and I've played a lot of guitars). All original except for tuner tips. It had Grovers at some point but has no extra holes and the shaft holes were properly filled, not simply adapted. Double white PAFs under the covers. Weight is a hair over 9.25 lbs (9 lbs 5 ounces). Case is original. Gorgeous top. Original frets.
