This 2016 '59 Reissue from the Gibson Custom shop started life as a limited edition "Stick Shift '59" model before being sent to Historic Makeovers in Florida for their Deluxe Makeover package. The result is a stunning guitar with exacting vintage specifications that features one of the most intricately figured tops we've seen! A wide flame maple top, vibrant Cherry Sunburst finish, dark Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, hide glue construction, 50's style top carve, and double white PAF style humbucking pickups make this as close as it gets to the real thing! The guitar includes both the Gibson and Historic Makeovers COA and all the original case candy.
