2018 Gibson Les Paul BFG
Description
Summary: Originally the Gibson BFG was a stripped back, barely finished Les Paul that was left intentionally a little rough around the edges. It came configured with a P90 neck pickup and a humbucker in the bridge, an odd three knob control layout and an extra toggle switch. In 2018, Gibson decided to once more manufacture the BFG with two P90’s and the standard Les Paul volume and tone controls.
Body: Mahogany with a Maple top.
Neck: Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1 11/16” nut width, dot inlays on the top of the fingerboard, 22 frets.
Pickups/Hardware: Two P90s, keystone Gibson Deluxe tuning keys, tun-o-matic bridge/stop bar tailpiece, 2x volume/2x tone controls/3-way pickup selector.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent condition and shows very little signs of use. It is a guitar that has been finished to look aged. The top is worn, and the Gibson/Les Paul logos have been worn as well.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.

Case: This guitar ships in a black Gibson gig bag, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
