1974 Gibson Les Paul Custom Blue Refin

This vintage Gibson Les Paul Custom is a great player but a bit of a mystery. The guitar has been refinished blue, and it is a very thick finish that was applied over the binding. Three of the pots date to 1974 and appear to be original, so we assume this guitar is from 1974. That said there is no volute which would normally be on a 1974. Our best guess is the volute was sanded down before the refin work. The pickups are Dimarzios. Aside from the three pots, the parts are not original. Despite the wear and mods it is a good playing and sounding instrument. It has been pro-setup in our store. It weighs 10lbs and comes with the original case in the pictures.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
