Here's a 1981 Gibson Les Paul Custom in original Transparent Blue finish. Don't adjust your screen, as the color has aged into more of a green finish. Couldn't look any cooler! You can still see the original blue in the pickup cavity and under the selector switch. The tuners and pots have been changed, as well as the bridge pickup, which is a Lollar Imperial. The neck pickup is the original Tim Shaw Pat Stamped humbucker. The Lollar is a perfect match! Both pickups sound fantastic alone, and together. It's a big, beefy sounding Les Paul, that's clear in tone, and not super dark. The neck, which has a medium C profile, feels great! It's smooth & worn in. Action is low down the fingerboard. The guitar has an older, pro re-fret (not big tall frets), and is good to go! Truly a unique, killer LP Custom. OHSC!
