This is an original 1976 Les Paul Deluxe. The pickups were changed to humbucking and the body top was changed to quilted maple. The quilted maple has a beautiful appearance with the grain changing with the angle of the view. The body back also features a pancake body with maple sandwiched between the age-specific mahogany. The neck is a thin 3-piece maple neck, which also has a strong attack and core sound compared to a mahogany neck. The humbucking pickups are engraved numbered and have a beautiful sound that is easy to nuance. The Les Paul is a modified Les Paul with the full vintage overtones of a vintage Les Paul. What a cool guitar! This is a guitar that you can be proud of.
