1952 Gibson Les Paul Gold Top Conversion to Sunburst
1 piece top, sunburst finish, the guitar has been completely refinished.
The back of the neck has been shaved down some to be similar to the Jimmy Page Les Paul.
The neck has not been reset; original neck pitch.
The tune-o-matic bridge is compensated, so action is low and comfortable.
It has a very nice refinish job; it has a very nice color and figuring.
It has been set up as to be similar to a Jimmy Page Les Paul, with two push-pull pots.
The pickups are Lollar El Rayo Humbucking Pickups from 2013, with aftermarket pots and electronics.
The tuner holes have been opened up for aftermarket tuners; it currently has Grover tuners on it now.
I am not sure about the authenticity of the parts, and it has been professionally refretted with medium fret wire.
This guitar has Dunlop strap lock buttons.
Plays very nicely.
It weighs 8.0 lbs.
The guitar is in good condition; it comes in its original brown case with burgundy lining.
