1958 Gibson Les Paul Jr "Cherry"

A beautiful double-cut junior from 1958, this is the first year of this body style and a great example of the earliest features. The lightweight slab mahogany body is exceptionally resonant, with a beautiful wood grain accentuated by the faded "Cherry" Finish. The large '58 neck profile has been professionally refretted ensuring this instrument plays like a dream all the way up the fingerboard. It also features a tortoise guard, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a single "Dog ear" style P90. free from breaks or repairs, this guitar features a Music City tailpiece for better intonation and newer tuners but with the original parts included. A fantastic sounding and extremely versatile guitar!
