1958 Gibson Les Paul Jr. Sunburst

1958 single-cut Les Paul Jr. One of the last Jr's before Gibson switched to the cherry red double-cut version. This guitar plays and sounds incredible, the neck is straight, nice and chunky, it's been professionally refretted with larger '59 style frets. There are no breaks or cracks, but there are three small screw holes expertly filled on the face from a vibrato tailpiece... but they are very hard to find! (see photos) The bridge has been changed to an aftermarket bridge but the original is in the case and unbroken. I just haven't had a chance to change it back... but I will. And the jack plate is replaced with a metal one. Pickup is strong, reads 7.94, and the guitar weighs 7lbs.6 oz. Comes with non-original hard case.
